Simpson has over ten years of corporate management experience and 14 years of recruitment industry experience. Prior to co-founding the Stanton Chase Johannesburg office in 2006, he was managing director of a joint-venture BEE executive search firm (set up with Woodburn Mann) for two-and-a-half years. Before that, he ran his own recruitment firm, Intellectual Resources Consulting, for nearly five years.
